Please note due to the most current restrictions and orders from the Provincial Governments, our BC and Alberta properties can expect limited maintenance as we work to reduce contact for our employees during these Covid-19 times. Please continue to submit your maintenance requests on-line and we will address them within provincial guidelines. In addition, masks are now required in all public indoor settings including common areas of apartment buildings. No social gatherings of any size are allowed with anyone other than your household or core bubble. Deliveries should be met at the front door of your building.

Your safety is our priority and we ask for your patience at this time. Our staff works hard to help our residents live better, and our maintenance crews are on-site keeping multiple buildings functioning.

If your maintenance request is regarding an appliance in your suite, please note we are experiencing significant delays from our suppliers, especially with dishwashers. We are reaching out to other suppliers but have been informed this is a manufacturing issue relating to Covid-19. Please continue to submit your maintenance requests and we will keep you informed of progress. We appreciate your patience.

Dear Resident: if you have any maintenance issues (ie. leaking taps, running toilet, etc.) that require attention we want to hear from you immediately. Please complete and submit this form. You will be contacted by your building manager within two business days, and we will attempt to fix the problem(s) as soon as possible.

I/We require 24 hours notice before maintenance staff enters my suite to perform the maintenance.

I/We hereby give my/our permission for the landlord or landlords repair/maintenance person to enter my/our suite to inspect or carry out the above requested repair(s), between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm

I/We hereby give my/our permission for the landlord or landlords repair/maintenance person to enter my/our suite in accordance with the "Special Instructions" section below.

This request is for a common space, and does not require entry to my suite.

Kelson Group will contact you in regards to this maintenance request, either by email (if supplied) or by phone.

I grant Kelson Group permission to send me occasional email communication regarding issues pertaining to my apartment and building of residence, or Kelson Group events.

I do not wish to receive email communications from Kelson Group.
